Knoll Light factory won’t install
When I install Knoll Light Factory it appears to install just fine but it doesn’t show up in the application or in the plug in folder. The lens presets appear in a window with a file path that doesn’t seem to exist when I try to navigate to it from the desktop:
Mac HD/Applications/Adobe AE CS3 folder/Adobe AE CS3 application/Contents/Plug ins/Knoll Light Factory
Is this correct? I tried dragging the KLF folder into the regular plug in folder but that didn’t work either. Anybody know what I’m doing wrong?

Are you installing the CS3 version of the plug-in? As I recall there are two separate installers/folders included in the newest version of KLF. Make sure you are using the one intended for CS3.
If you haven’t downloaded the newest version yet then you have an outdated plug-in that will not work in CS3.

you will also need to make sure klf your is a universal binary, if it is not, you will only be able to use the effects if you run ae cs3 under rosetta (as a ppc app), which can be set from the get info window of the ae application.
i do believe that the latest version of klf is both ae cs3 friendly and intel-mac friendly, but you should check there site for compatibility.
