  Text export from After effects to Premiere pro with Alpha

  Hello guys
  I am a premiere pro user, recently started using after effects. so please excuse if this sounds too basic.I like the new text (titling presets in after effects .) I want to export those text animations from after effects cs3 to premiere pro cs3.
  what format should I choose I tried various options but when I bring it to PPro cs3 timeline, it has a black video in the back and no alpha channel.
  please help.
  I do not have dynamic link option.
