  How work foreground in AE 7.0?

  Hy, as I make to use Foreground in AE 7.0?
  I need to create label similar the telejornal vignette where and appears the name of reporter animate with mask.
  And I use Cinema 4D for animate logo in 3D for rotate in foreground in AE.
