  Transfering effects onto a new layer

  Hey i have animated an image in after effects and now i want to transfer all the effects of that image onto a new layer that has an image on it. How do I do that?

  You can also copy and paste the effects. Make sure you’re aware of your playhead however, as it will automatically place the first keyframe at your current playhead location.
