  rotoscoping question

  Hello,
  I have aerial footage of some housing and I need to change the color of the roofs. I do have a color to match it to on a photoshop file.
  Do I create a new layer(solid) match it the best i can to that picture, create a mask and then move it frame by frame, or is there another way? or what is the best way?
  can anyone shed some light on this please?
