  Please Help me

  Hi,

  I am New to this,
  Can someone please help me, i am trying to make a rotation spiral ball(seen in naruto)
  I would like to do something like this.

  You can make some clouds using the Fog Lights preset. Use CC Toner and Levels to get them looking they way you would like. You may also want to experiment with some of the Distort effects also.
  Use Distort -> Bugle to get the sphere effect, then put a circular mask on it.
