  Using Adobe After Effects with Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0

  I am new to video editing and just bought the Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0/Photoshop Elements 5.0. Can I use Adobe After Effects with this software? If so, which version and how do you import into After Effects? Thanks.
