  Label Colors

  The included label colors are nice in the timeline, but too faint in the browser to really flag something. Is there a better way to flag a particular clip or at least get custom colors — with a nice bright red for example.

  Nope. Good request though, perhaps it will happen down the road. In the meantime, check out the Timeline Index- it’s one way you can get a handle on your timeline organization.
