  Audio to Atomos Ninja from 5DMiii

  When recording to Atomos Ninja 2 over HDMI, I am facing issues with Audio. So I am using a stereo cable from the headphone jack to the recorder but what I really want to do is use a Sennheiser transmitter connected to Ninja 2. I could see the audio levels on the recorder coming from the bodypack transmitter but when I record video and later on check the file, no audio is recorded. I am either doing something silly here or is there a separate record audio button on ninja2 that I need to press to record audio?
