60 fps conformed to 24 then sped up…. choppy
60 fps slowed down to 24 is far too slow for my tastes (40% of regular speed). In the DV days I preferred to have a speed of about 80%.
What is the best way to achieve this? Should I be sending to motion for optical flow treatment? Or is this a shutter angle issue?

I shot at 720p60 with 1/125 as the shutter speed (800 iso) after conforming to 24fps in cinema tools, I sped the footage up in fcp (frame blending off) to various speeds mostly 150%, 160%, 200% is too fast.
If it’s about shutter angles how do I do the math for it?
Thanks in advance for your help
