    This is actually quite hard to eliminate as you are seeing a beating effect between the different rates of the monitor and camera.
    A TV will also likely be different to a computer monitor.

    The only way to do this is to use a shutter that matches the screen rate.

    Usually you would set the shutter to be twice the frame rate (50 @ 24) but when shooting TVs etc experiement with the shutter to try to eliminate the flicker.
