    This looks like something that could be accomplished using the “lens flare” effect.

    I actually just realized that there was a video there! Anyways, for the still shot and for the end of the video you could probably do something with the lens flare effect. I’m not sure of the other parts.

    maybe 3D stroke…… fractal noise ….. it will be a combination of a few things. Hey you should check out:

    My vote is for 3D stroke and lens flare, at least. 3D stroke allows for the duplication of a single stroke like you see. The rest is adjusted to taste.

    anyway i was interested especially in the effects used in the first part.
    let’s say where there are a some kind of rays on different layers,which continue to change…

    is 3d stroke and lens flare enough for that?
