  5d mk2 for Broadcast

  Hi Thanks in advance for any help.
  I shoot on a 5d mk2 convert to avi using Cineform and edit on sony vegaspro 9. I have been asked to supply some short clips shot using the above via press release for possible broadcast. These will be supplied either on DVD or downloadable so size is an issue. So my question how should i render these clips to provide adequate quality but a viable file size. I cannot ask the possible recipiants as at this stage i dont know who they are.
