  Easy way to use one Shutter Release on Two Canon 60D’s

  I’m trying to use one shutter release to trigger two Canon 60D’s at the same time. It has a 2.5 mm jack and the cameras have a 2.5 mm female. Is there a splitter for this? (I have yet to actually find a 2.5 mm female -to- two 2.5 mm male.

  Would this split the signal perfectly or are there issues with lag?

  Apparently there are other ways to accomplish this besides a cable, for instance InfraRed remote shutters can trigger more than one camera at a time and I also read that pocketwizards can be used to control shutters remotely.
