  I have to revisit an old project that had RayTracing in it… My newer hardware is incompatible with RayTracing. Do I have easy options?

  Do people offer services where I can just re-export an AVI, and they might have the older hardware that supports RayTracing?

  i think you can still render it, it will just render with the cpu rather than the nvidia cuda cores. the render will take longer, but the result should be the same.
