  Magic Lantern Video Size / Quality?

  Hey guys i finally managed to take the risk and install magic lantern and already its paying off, ive got my Rode Mic sounding like how it sould finally. Now im wondering how i can slightly increase video size or whats a stable bit rate and is it better to alter cbr or vbr and whats the best recomended settings, i just want to lower file size slightly so i can increase length of the clip slightly. So what im really looking for is something level of settings which one gives good quality and file size

  P.s im asuming if im using an external mic with magic lantern i set the output
