  What color space do Canon HD-SLRs shoot in?

  A read another thread that stated it uses YUV, but I don’t see that in the color management drop down in After Effects.

  

  Any help would be appreciated.

  I have a Canon 7D, s-RGB or Adobe RGB is selectable on the menu. 4:2:0 for movie shooting.

  Rec.709 is YUV
  PAL and NTSC are, strictly speaking, terms that refer to how colour subcarrier is used, but it this context they probably refer to 25 and 29.94 fps variations of Rec.601, which would make them YUV as well.
