  mocha camera solver stuck at percentage ?

  when i try and solve camera it gets stuck at a certain percentage always.

  i select auto and gets stuck , what is wrong .

  windows 7 64
  ram 16gb
  intel i7 6400k
  geforce gtx 750 ti

  app installed
  afer effects cc 2014
  after effects cc 2015
  mocha pro 3.2.1
  mocha pro 4.1.2
  pf track
  syntheyes

  currently i have after affects closed and running mocha to track and solve a camera , with after effects i have rendered out jpeg sequence so am testing both jpeg sequence and the mp4 video file , when i try and use the camera solve the progress bar % moves when it gets near to the end 90% or 80% 86% being precise it stays there for long time.

  the original clip .mp4 has been rendered out in jpeg sequence via after effects and its giving issue with both jpeg and mp4 so am scratching my head

  It is possible this is a user error depending on the camera solve. I would recommend contacting Imagineer support here:
