  Conversion Problem from DNG to Pro Res

  When converting 23.978 fps DNG files in After Effects CS6 to ProRes 422 HQ at 23.978fps the video conversion looks like the clip speeds up like keystone cops. If I put the pro res file in FCP7 the speed is still to fast. If I change the speed of the clip to 80% it looks normal in FCP. Can’t figure out how to convert the clip in Adobe After Effects so it’s the right speed at 23.978 fps. Can anyone please help.
