  Pasting MochaAe shape is busted. Better workaround?

  It seems that pasting a tracked shape in to Ae on to an original layer does not work very well.

  If I am using clip that starts 10 seconds in to the clip, it seems that pasting the shape starts 10 seconds in to my 10 seconds, instead of starting at the in point of the clip in the Ae comp.

  My trick for now is to find the original layer in the Project, Make a new comp, paste the shape, find the part that I need, trim the layer, and then copy and paste that in to my original comp.

  Is there a better way?
