  CatDV Pro 7.0.3 preview failed error (-108)

  Hello Experts,

  I left CatDV on overnight so I could build previews to save time. However this time the batch was not finish by the time I got to work the next day and I had to cancel before it was done. In the past that this had happen I would go to Manage Preview Files and delete the previews from there. However this time the folder is empty I can’t delete the root folder either. I have tried going to the path directory without using CatDV and deleted the folder from there.
  

  I still cannot build a preview file. The message insert filename failed (-108)is my only clue to what is wrong. What can I do to solve this and any tips to how I can delete previews in a batch?

  -108 is a memory full error. You can delete multiple previews by going in via the Finder and deleting folders if necessary. You mght also want to consider upgrading as CatDV 7 is a few years old now and there have been a lot of fixes and improvements since then!
