  export audio file from davinci resolve to avid protools

  I finished editing my first project in davinci resolve 14.1 on a macbook and I loved everything about it but now I need to export a audio only file with handles for avid protools, I used to work with fcp 7 so im looking for something like an omf, i tried exporting a AAF but I did not contain any media, also tried protools but It generated a ton of files where as I only wanted the one file. As always any help would be greatly appeciated.
