Davinci Resolve Studio 12.5 does not show Red Rocket in GPUs list under preferences
Hello,
I just installed Davinci Resolve Studio 12.5 and I am having a little problem with my Resolve 12.5, it isn’t showing my red rocket in preferences under system” GPUs list”.
Resolve is only showing my quadroo k5000 in list but not red Rocket. I was working with resolve 12 lite from 5 months and it still shows my red rocket in preferences under GPU’s but resolve studio does not. Anyone know this ??….as it might be the problem that new resolve does not shows red rocket but still uses it. I have enabled Red rocket available chek box in preferences. The only thing i worry about is that resolve is not using red rocket, if resolve studio still using it and not just showing in preferences thats fine.

MAke sure the the RED card has the latest drivers. v12.5 needs that.

Evan i have already installed new drivers. I doubled checked from red website. The firmware version and driver versions are latest. Secondly i have heard that app store version of resolve studio does not show more than one PCI card. I just want to make sure that its not a fault.

From what I understand Apple App Store versions of Resolve can have many issues. But also only the Paid version can see more then one GPU. The FREE version will always only see one.

My free version of 12.5 (just installed it today) shows both my video cards. But true, I am not sure if it will use both of them… One says “GUI Only).

Evan. I am using paid version and it doesn’t matter to me even it does not show the rocket but just want to know that resolve is using rocket.
