  Dell Precision T5500 with Dual x5650 2.66 ghz

  I have a Dell Precision T5500 with Dual x5650 2.66 ghz (12 Cores) processors, a Quadro 4000 gpu, and 12 GB of ram. It runs Premiere Pro CC 2015 and Sony Vegas Well, but is stuggling with DaVinci Resolve and Hitfilm 3.

  I am working with GH4 DCI 4k footage. Saying I have a budget of $800 U.S. to purchase a graphics card. Will a strong graphics card like a GTX 980ti or a dual set up of GTX 970s give me the ability to work with the footage?
