  Resolve 12: color page shortcuts to Project Manager and Project Settings: do they work???

  On the color page, there are two primary menu options for selecting the Project Manager window and also the Project Settings window. They keyboard shortcuts given are Shift+1 and Shift+9.

  Don’t seem to have any effect.

  Selecting these windows via the menu works.

  What am I missing here???
