  Tangent Element panels not recognized in Resolve 11 Win..

  I’m setting up a windows Resolve system. I have several Mac based systems 5,1 & 6,1. The Windows system does not seem to recognize the Tangent Element panels. On the Mac’s it works with no issues.

  The system:
  Resolve (full)
  HP z400
  6-core, 3.33GHZ
  24GB
  win 8.1
  GTX 780ti GPU (with aux power supply)
  quadro 600 GUI
  atto FC HBA
  HP zr2740w

  The only thing here is that I’m using the USB hub on the monitor for the tangent panels. This setup worked fine on the Mac 5,1 systems.

  No matter what I do — Resolve does not see the panels. Re-start the app, reboot the computer. Cycle power to everything.

  Any suggestions welcome.

  Did you install the Tangent Hub application?

  Stupidly no. I didn’t know that it was necessary. On OS X it was not needed, right? I will install tonight and try again.

  Hi Jonathan,

  You will need the Tangent Hub for the Element panels and Resolve for both Mac and Windows versions.

  There is a Resolve Configuration manual for Element on the Support page of the Tangent website: https://www.tangentwave.co.uk/support.asp
  Look under the Element area on the Support Page.
