  Render problem

  Hi There;
  Please kindly help me about the problem in preview and exporting.
  when I render main comp I see a big red multiply sign in comp and does exist in export too.
  what is it? I sure it isn’t a part of my project.
  my guess is this red sign related to red giant particular plugin that doesn’t activated. Is it true?

  Very likely, yes. A thin red X through the frame is exactly what Red Giant plugins do when they are not serialized.

  Or sometimes when they are. I’ve had to do shutdowns and restarts to clear those on installed,serialized plugins.

  System:
  Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
  Win 7 64-bit
  32GB RAM
  Adobe CC 2014 (as of 7/2015)
  256GB SSD system drive
  4 internal media drives RAID 5
  Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
