When I am moving shots from the library to the media pool the shot order changes from the order in which the shots were shot on the Sony F55 camera. I am using Resolve 10.1 Lite to transcode dailies from XAVC 4K Proxy (HD from the sub menu) to ProResHQ. All other functions work great but am stuck on how to maintain the original shot order so that the dailies remain identical to how they were captured.

I used to create a timeline with handles in Resolve 9 to get around this problem. That option doesn’t seem to be the same in 10.1 so am open to how best to solve this issue.

(I’m still pretty new to Resolve so am learning)

    Thanks much!

You can sort clips in the media pool by each column, like date.
