  daily workflow canon 5d resolve media composer

  hi there,

  here is what i intend to do:

  1) in master project settings / conform options: assist using reel names from: source clip file name
  2) ingesting original canon 5D footage in resolve
  3) one light adjustment
  4) deliver: offline quality DNxHD Avid AAF roundtrip
  5) media composer: editing
  6) from media composer AAF export (option “link to media”)
  7) resolve: import AAF and LINK TO ORIGINAL canon 5D FILES for grading

  some time ago i was able to do it – now i can’t get step 7 working. resolve does not link to the 5D files.

  anybody can help me on that? what am i missing during AAF import to make that work?

  nobody there to give an answer?
  anybody who successfully works with that workflow?

  5d H264 files ingest in resolve -> 1 light low res to avid -> export aaf to resolve –> in resolve relink to 5d originals for final grade
