  ‘Fail to load project’ after crash

  Good evening,

  I have just finished grading a film, when suddenly Resolve closed and when I tried to reopen the project it states “Failed to load project . Please check database log for more details.

  I can not find the database log.

  I am on version 9.1.1lite.013. Should I upgrade to the newest version and try if the project will load?

  The other projects load fine, including a version of the project that crashed, except for a days work less in it.

  I spend all day wiht the director grading the project , and I cannot get him back a second time so it is vital to reopen the file.

  Did you check if the disk where your database is almost full??

  i had same issue, but the disk had 300gb free

  Hi Dan,

  Did you ever find a solution to you problem?

  I am in the same boat as you were. My disk was full when I saved my project out of habit.

  This thread is pretty old, but maybe someone or yourself still check this forum once in a while? 😀
