  Avid Round Trip Not Usable – Help?!

  So, I have had Davinci for a couple of years now and it has taken so long to be confident using it. Mainly because of tight deadlines and fear of problems interchanging between edit programs.

  I am now confident using resolve with fcp but have not successfully used it with Avid Symphony. I tried again yesterday using AAF method. I was amazed when all the effects in my symphony timeline survived the round trip!

  However, Avid gave a “core consistency check error” when I clicked on any of the media created by resolve and won’t show the footage.

  I rendered out the project using dnx 185 x which is also the source codec. Everything is 25p, it feels like the media resolve is creating is corrupt in some way.

  Btw, I am on the latest version pretty much – reinstalled a couple of months ago…

  Help would be very appreciated as I feel I have not got much use out of resolve yet…

  There have been a few updates in the last couple months. Try 9.1.1
