  Davinci Resolve Error Message – “Failing to Initialize Red Rocket Card0”

  We have installed a Red Rocket Card into our Resolve system and we are getting the above error. Here is our configurations;

  Mac Pro 5,1 OSX 10.6.8

  Slot 1 – ATI
  Slot 2 – Nividia
  Slot 3 – Decklink
  Slot 4 – Red Rocket

  Resolve is 8.2.1-1
  Red Rocket installer package – V1.4.19 (We have tried the latest package as well V1.4.27)

  We have tried taking the cards out and reinstalling them. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? (no pun intended).

  I have also called the support line at Davinci and they were unable to help us.

  Did you update the firmware?

  Same problem. Firmware is fully updated.
