  Not able to Read DNxHD

  Hello all,

  Simple problem – hope someone out there has a suggestion. I cannot import any Avid DNxHD QT files. I have purchased the additional DNxHD option to render MXF files for going back to an Avid. I just can’t import any files into the Media Pool.

  Also: I can playback DNxHD files in QuickTime Player or After Effects, etc. So it’s not that I don’t have the codecs installed (I think)

  Resolve supports DNxHD in the MXF wrapper. When you say you can’t import any files, I guess you mean DNxHD QT. Can you import DNxHD MXF that Resolve rendered?

  Yes, I can import a rendered DNxHD MXF output from DaVinci. So basically, DNxHD QTs are not a supported format for import into Resolve?
