  HDRx workflow… How to?

  Hi, I’m just learning resolve 8 and I want to know how to mix an EPIC HDRx sequence?

  Thanks.

  I read that part, and I can do the mix with the Key Gain slider, which is a lot like the HDR blend slider on Redcine X.

  So this is all you can do? Or is there an advanced technique to get better results? I tried doing an HSL Key, but the results were awful.

  Its good to get a nice balance in the first image before you mix the images, also if you pull a key only do it in one of the nodes. Then after the layer mixer have a play with keys and effects with both nodes already blended.
