  • Resolve Panel – i miss some keys

We got the Resolve panel a week ago, and i really love it a bit more every day 😉

However I´m missing some functions on the panel which i use quite often.
Maybe I just didn´t dig far enough and didn´t find them yet, or are there functions hidden, like pressing different buttons at the same time….??

Here are my top 3 missing buttons:

    1. ADD DISSOLVE MARK – there is a ADD MARK button, but I barely use non dissolve keyframes
    2. TOGGLE MASK – When i use Powerwindows and go back into adjusting levels, i´d love to hide the outline of the mask and see the correction I´m applying in/outside without the mask outlines
    3. In addition to ADD SERIAL + CPW/LPW,… also ADD PARALLEL + CPW/LPW,…

    thanks
    Manuel

If you push start dynamic for the first keyframe And then mark on the second point it will add a dissolve type keyframe.

For the power windows there is a couple of options.

One is to push display cursor. This will hide the windows but still keep them active.

When you push it once it will bring up the cursor but if you push it twice it will hide the cursor also.

The second option is to push up arrow then cursor (the display function which is written over cursor is what we’re using)

This will toggle window overlays can have :

Window hidden on SDI but shown on GUI
Window Shown on SDI and GUI
    Window hidden on both

This is a project setting so you can decide which looks best for you and then leave it set up that way.

    Hope this helps!
