    Hello there

I do a lot of designing in illustrator. I notice that when I bring AI art into AE, the colors are darker and more saturated than they were in AI. Is there a way to counter this. The problem is that I use the same hex codes for my AI designs as I do for my AE designs and the color distortion upon import makes it so they don’t match up.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

    Johnny

Thanks for the tip. Any best practices for saving AI files? What setting will ensure good color. I assume the RGB setting is change in the dialogue box that pops up after saving. Right?
