  after effects line glitch

  After doing a green screen replacement on After Effects I ended up with two line glitches where a line of the top layer is cut out on one frame. This has happened a few times before and I am not sure what is causing it or how to avoid it.

  My footage is already in Prores 422. Will purging the cache fix the problem? Or are you suggesting that that is the cause of the problem?
