  Wall of shimmering reflective circles AE

  Hello,

  Anyone know how I can create this effect (wall of circles that reflect or shimmer)? Go to the 6 second mark and also reappears at 11 seconds. Thank you.

  You can use CC Ball Action to get the circles. Then try a solid layer with fractal noise with the evolution keyframed to constantly change (You can use an expression like “time*300”). Set this as a track matte for your ball layer to get the sparkling effect. Hopefully that gets you in the ballpark and you can fine tune from there.
