  Illustrator and Catalina (Macbook 16″)

  Hello everybody. I searched all over internet, but perhaps I am not using the right terms, so, here the question:

  I have a new laptop, after years and years of windows, the company I am working for gave me a macbook. Now, when I open Illustrator everything works good. But the drama is during the workflow: The mouse arrow never change. If I choose the PEN, or rotate ecc., the arrow remains an arrow. It changes only when I click. Then shows me the PEN image etc. As you can understand, it is frustrating. Every time i go near a corner, I do not see the round command, or scale. Either the pen Does not show me the smart guides for closing a path etc.

  I hope I made myself clear. Somebody encountered the same problem?
