  Not getting exact measurements when I print via Illustrator….

  MAC PRO 10.13.6

  Hi you guys…. I am using Illustrator CC 2018 and I am having a problem getting exact measurements when I print.

  Example: I am making a printing template for a large CD-case and the dimension for the width is 6″ on screen. Then when I print it out, it has scaled to 6-7/8″ wide.

  When I command P….. It shows no scaling in the Page Set-Up or in the Set Up dialogues. Nor is there any scaleing in the “General” in the first main print dialogue.

  Can you steer me to a fix…… very frustrating!
