    Hi guys

I was trying everything, but none of tutorials helps.

I am trying to export Adobe Illustrator file [a bunch of grouped characters with groups and layers] to PSD and this file to animate in AfterEffects later. What I want is – to all PSD files exported from Illustrator to remain editable in Illustrator [as vectors] or as Smart Objects.

Exporting AI to PSD converts all files to 72/150/300/other DPI which are bitmaps and I don`t want that. The only one way layers stays as vectors is to manually COPY and PASTE layer by layer from AI to PS… which is extremely long work… 🙁 as each layer has to be moved and centered where it should be. I couldn`t find “Paste in Place” as it works in AI…

Maybe there is a script to do so or something?

    Thank you very much!

    N.
