Copy, pasting and changing scale of radial vector without changing size of object
How do I copy, paste and scale a radial vector without changing the size? I would like the objects to just move out radially as if they were on spokes.

Not sure That I understand.
Try unchecking “Scale strokes and effects” in Preferences.
