    It looks like the issue might be in achieving the warping of the text glyphs.
    I’m guessing that you’ve tried Text on Path.

    Try expanding your text, than either…

    Object / Envelope Distort / Warp: Arc

    or manually with…

    Object / Envelope Distort / Warp: Mesh (1 row, 2 columns)

    The two words would be created in 2 operations, one for the upper and one for the lower.

    Thank you Vincent your advise worked perfectly the expand type did the trick, I was using envolope-make with upper to get the effect but it doesn’t work with compound objects.
