  mystery white box appearing in PDF

  OK worst nightmare- fairly new to illustrator having worked in photoshop and indesign for design projects previously. Completed a poster in Illustrator- all good- upon going to press a mystery white box appears in a printed PDF- I cannot find it anywhere on my original file. Tearing my hair out! I presume its something to do with transparencies or something? the box only appears when I save as PDFXa 2003 on screen but seems to appear anytime anyone tries to actually print it on any printer- it also changes size and randomly moves around the same section of my poster (bottom left corner)…where did this come from and what am I doing wrong? and eeep newspaper is waiting on the corrected file having printed one with the white box- Please Help!
