    we need help please!

We are trying to create images to printed onto self-adhesive film on a Roland Printer with kiss cuts around them to enable them to be peeled off the film and stuck on to various surfaces. The images need to be cut out, have a white background created for each image and then have a 20 pixel cutting path around the edge of the image which must be clear. So far we have tried everything we know using Tiff, EPS and other image formats but with no success. Surely it can’t that that difficult and we are obviously doing something doing something wrong.

Any help, advice etc really welcome as our designer is about to go nuts!

    Thanks

    Charles
