  Illustrator help

  Como estan, I am very new to Illustrator, I have a photo ,A cat, To which I have removed the background Photoshop, Adove to export it in Illustrator and apply effects 3d , I da ,But a gray box, I just want this 3d effect but only the silhouette of the cat, Because if I can help

  In Illustrator, you would need to mask the shape with a vector path or a B&W alpha.
  Try drawing a mask around the cat with the Pen Tool. Make sure to close the path. than select both the picture and the path (the path must be layered above the image) and select Object/Clipping Mask/Make.
  Than the 3D effect should work.
