    I have two layers in Illustrator (the top one is a circle) the bottom is a vector illustration.
    I would like to make a circle hole into that illustration
    how can I do it please

    either search for or take a look at the “PATHFINDER” window. there is a shape mode called “subtract”. select the overlapping shapes and subtract the circle from the rest.
