  illustrator CS3 script

  Hi,
  I have some thousand files in one foulder and many sub-foulders with different illustrator format (7 to CS2). I must convert all of them into actual CS3 format. Best would be to save each file into the same location and overwrite the old one.

  Creating an action needs for each foulder (sub-foulder) a new path for the batch execution.
  Does someone know a script which does the whole job with one execution?
  Is there in addition a possibility to delete all empty layers in a file before storing with the script?
