  Distributing objects evenly along a path in Illustrator CS2

  I am trying to distribute a series of boxes along an uneven curve in illustrator CS2 and having no luck doing it. It’s easy to type along a path but can’t quite seem to distribute objects. Anyone got any bright ideas, please?

  You probably can drag your object into the ‘Brushes’ palette. Choose – ‘Pattern’ brush. Set the ‘Fit’ to ‘Add Space’. Now you can brush with this object, or apply the brush to an existing path.
