  Why is everything pixelated in photoshop cc on macbook air

  I give a gaussian blur effect in photoshop cc 2017 on macbook air but screen does not soft. Image looks stiff when screen is 100% Screen image does not look soft. Why? Thank you

  1,4 GHz Intel Core i5
  4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
  Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB
